Leadership
Grace has adopted a model of ministry that we refer to as “Elder led, staff run, and lay powered” ministry.
Elders
The Elders have the final human authority under Christ for the direction, doctrine, discipleship, and discipline (Hebrews 13:17) of our community. They exercise this authority as servant leaders (1 Peter 5:2–3). Our governing Elders are Russ Pope, Ron Walcher, Jim Gibbs, Ben Abell, Danny O’Brien, and Bob Arnold (lead elder).

Staff
The staff at Grace work in partnership with the Elders and the Senior Leadership Team to plan, budget, and implement the overarching vision and direction of the Elders and the Senior Leadership Team. Each staff person is responsible for their area of ministry (e.g. Children, Neighborhood Groups, Missions) and how that integrates across the campuses.
Lay Ministry
The ultimate expression of ministry at Grace is accomplished when gifted people like you bring their passions, experience, talents, and spiritual gifts and witness the Holy Spirit blending them to transform the world. For more information, get connected.
