At Grace, there are many ways for each of us to grow deeper in our faith. Mark 10:45 says "even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve." One of the significant ways we grow in our faith is to serve others. In our church, whether your heart's passion is....children, students, disabilities, disciplining adults, caring for others in our congregation, hospitality, weekend services, operations, facility, there are a multitude of opportunities for you to serve.

At Grace, over 400 children participate in our birth – fifth grade children’s ministry each week and every week. And each week is a unique opportunity to help these children come to know how deeply loved they are by God. As you can imagine, it requires over 100 adult volunteers each week to create a great experience for these wonderful children. So if you love children and your gifts are in the areas of teaching, serving, organizing, creative arts, hospitality or almost any other area, there is a place for you on the team. Please contact Betsey Pierce if you're interested in serving.
At Grace, we recognize there has probably never been a more challenging time to be a teenager. There has probably also never been a time that is so rich with opportunity and potential for young people to change the world. In order to help our middle and high school students realize their God-given potential and find their way in life, we need adults who are willing to invest in their lives. We need people across the full range of spiritual gifts and abilities to join us in coming along side these students. If you have a heart for middle and high school students and would like to explore the possibilities, please contact Luke Casagrande.
At Grace, we are committed to empowering our friends affected with disabilities to be full participants in life and in church. There are a myriad of ways to serve in this exciting ministry, from coming alongside a child who has autism to making meals for REST Day to helping organize week of camp. We need people with all kinds of gifts and abilities. If you want to join an incredible team who is equipping people and families with disabilities toward wholeness in Christ, please contact Carissa Mortenson.
Adult SPIRITUAL FORMATION:At Grace, community is where we long to see every one of us growing – becoming more and more the people God created us to be. We have opportunities for people to serve as teachers, life group leaders, table leaders, coaches, mentors and to help us organize and provide hospitality at events, workshops and classes. If your heart beats to help others grow, we have a spot for you on our team. Please contact Ginny Becker.
Congregational Care:At Grace, there are hundreds of opportunities to come alongside people in our congregation who are in need. If you’re interested in learning more about becoming a lay counselor or serving in CareNet or becoming involved in Prayer for Healing or being a mentor couple for a marriage that needs some support, or to serve in any of our congregational care ministries, please contact Erich Becker.
At Grace, each week we roll out the red carpet for the hundreds of people who walk through our doors. We want each person to sense the love of God by how ready we are to receive them and how welcoming we are as they enter into our community. If you have a gift for hospitality or simply just love people, we’d love to have you join us. Please contact Wanda Bickers.
At Grace, you might be surprised to know that nearly everyone who makes our weekend services happen is a volunteer. From the musicians, vocalists, camera operators, to the people who run live or recorded sound, lighting, video projection, stage design and construction, and to our weekend ushers, most of those who make our weekends happen are volunteers. If you have gifts in music, audio/video, IT, creative arts or simply want to serve, please contact Jill Drees.
