We offer several programs for adults with disabilities (21 & older). In order to participate in any of these programs we must have a CURRENT HEALTH FORM filled out each September for the upcoming year.
**SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING Personal Assistants - In order to provide the most enjoyable and beneficial experience for every participant at any of our Beyond Programs, if a participant typically requires a personal assistant to help them participate in our type of program, we will expect you to provide a PA to stay with them.

Space is limited as each job is designed on an individual basis. If you are interested in learning more about how you can provide a job for any of our workers or if you would like more information about working through Grace’s Access Program please email Carissa Mortenson or Thea Taylor.
